Description
The only real salary cap dump is Hags. If the Pens need to retain 25% or so to make this trade happen then so be it. I've always thought that Yakupov and Malkin would work extremely well on a line together. The former #1 pick from EDM just needs someone to take him under their wing and build that confidence. I think the Brassard trade is fair as well as the Kane trade. Buffalo's defense is horrible and Hunwick (or Cole if that works) can help there. Sprong gives a Kane replacement next year at a cheaper price.

I think Colorado would do this. They can even take on the Hagelin contract in exchange for letting them keep their 4th RD.

Colorado declines. Hornqvist is too old for the Avs rebuild.
