Cap hit is fine until minor injuries happen and you need extra players....

Not really...Biggest problem is the Pens cap hit so unless Ottawa is game to take on part of his cap hit or trading someone else, I can't see the Pens getting him.

Agreed. My issue when coming up with the deal was trying to figure out how and why Ottawa would retain salary. The only way is to give up more prospects but why would Ottawa even bother when a CBJ or the Preds can offer better with no retained salary...
