Description

At this point Leafs have all but locked up 3rd in the Atlantic. With that said that would mean getting Boston or Tampa in the 1st round (most likely Boston)

Imo this should be the lines going into the playoffs with.

Bozak is a COMPLETE reliability in his own zone, I'd bench him. He's really only good at face offs (which I'm still not convinced of) and shootouts (which is a moote point in the playoffs). At least JVR is a big body in front and lately he's used it. He's a good playoff guy so as garbage as he is defensively I'll keep him in.

The pairings are easy imo. As good as Rielly has been with Hainsey, I think Gardiner just needs him more. That way you can put the quickest defence pairing in the league together in Rielly and Dermott, and then Borgman and Zaitsev can be the defensive "shutdown" pairing that Babs likes to have.

Sent down Johnsson so he can play for the Calder. Carrick gets sent down cause I believe waivers don't take effect in the playoffs.

Benching him would make your teams Center depth even weaker then it is. I know Bozak isn’t putting up the number but I still trust him more then moving up plekanec and bringing in Moore.

Bozak is better than Moore, Bozak is better than Plekanec, Bozak is a 3rd line center!!! Also how do you not have Andreas Johnsson on the roster, let alone the actually lineup. Also Polak is a good penalty killer and he heats up late in the season so I think he should be in the lineup.

That's your opinion on Bozak just like this was my opinion on the lines. I gave a reasoning behind my opinion though.

I explained why I put Johnsson in the minors.

That is right about Polak but Borgman has that potential and also have offensive upside which Polak does NOT have.

Is he though? Why cause he has more points? Cause it's definitely not defensive ability... it's definitely not penalty kill ability... it's definitely not finishing ability...
