Don't think Grundstrom will be full time yet, I expect a full 2 seasons with the Marlies. They love making sure they are ready when they come up (Johnson and Kapanen). I agree with Bouchard but not sure if he sees full time duties yet. Id like to see Zaitsev slide down the the 3rd pairing as I think hell be come an upgraded Polak when Dermott and Liljegren develop into top 4 D. Would love to watch this line up play though!

Hmmmm.... i mean in 2016 OTT literally traded up 1 slot from the 12th pick to the 11th pick and gave up the 80th pick to do it. JUST ONE PICK! Moving up 15ish picks for the #7 overall...Is the 30th and 60th enough??? I hate to say it, but I don't think the Blackhawks would accept this. It really is a nice package, but the Hawks desperately need to replace the Dmen and recent history has shown that these lottery Dmen can step up and FAST. Especially when put into a system of vets.

Then Bowman hangs up the phone laughing hysterically...

The Hawks didn't suck this season to make Toronto better.... The Hawks need young top end talent - if anything Bowman will be adding picks not trading them.
