Only problem with this lineup is goaltending. We need a stop-gap for Hart so basically 2-3 years. I like the idea of acquiring Lehner from Buffalo for dirt cheap and signing him to a 2 year deal. At least then we have a legit NHL goalie. Also, don’t sign Franson.

I agree with Dangles. I also think on D Flyers should go after Sustr from Tampa, he’s a big physical RH bottom liner.

AMac should be in the press box next year with Myers coming up and being our 3rd pair RD.

He's the least physical player on the team. He has a grand total of 9 hits in 43 games despite being 6 foot 7. For comparison, 166 pounds Brayden Point has 24 hits in 78 games.

No franson, how about mrazek for lehner and we still get our 3rd from detroit back?

I was more talking about the other parts of physicality we don’t need someone to take hits we have Hagg and Gudas, we need someone who won’t get bodied off the puck and can clear the front of the net which usually doesn’t count as a hit.

I agree that Myers is probably NHL ready but I think they keep him in the AHL next year. Also I’m hoping we move MacDonald, for someone else like Orpik.

I’ll defer to that’s a fair point I don’t watch Tampa Bay that much. Regardless the Flyers could use a RH shot and the Flyers and Lightning have a history of swapping Dmen.

If you want him, you can have him. He likes to leak goals and pass the puck to the other team

Hexy will probably pick up some crappy contracts for picks before next season starts. And we will have cap space but not that much. I think we’ll be about half way between floor and ceiling.

AMac will be on the books until his contract expires and that’s fine with me and Hextall. I just hope he gets more time in the press box.
