Lines needed to make/in the playoffs

Description
First off Hakstol needs to make it clear that 60 minutes of hockey is the only way this team goes anywhere. These games where they play 20-30 minutes of good hockey are unacceptable. With Raffl now healthy there is no reason for Jori to be in the lineup. It's time he takes his rightful place in the press box permanently like Weise. Although Laughton > Filp, I like Laughton better with Raffl and Read so keep him 4C. This gives us the deepest 4 lines possible since Hakstol insists on living or dying on 4 lines in key situations. Hagg also needs to find his way back in the lineup. Manning continuously getting burnt on pinches and coverages will cost the season at this point.
Sanheim, AMac, Hagg, and Gudas make up the bottom 6 D however they get paired. No way to fix the PP right now because the PP2 won't be fixed until offseason changes happen, but putting Laughton (or even Raffl/Lindblom) on PK2 can hopefully make up some for Filp's lack of speed and improve the unit. The goalie situation is a complete dumpster fire right now but I don't know how you can trust Mrazek at this point so I have him 3rd on the outside looking in.

Not bad. I still think the best forward lines are with Raffl at center. We could go with this right now:

Giroux-Coots-TK
Lindblom-Patrick-Voracek
Weal-Raffl/Laughton-Simmonds
Filp-Laughton/Raffl-Read

.. also, I agree. Throw Hagg back in for Manning. The PK stuff is irrelevant because it will be bad. The best thing they can do is continue to just not take penalties.

Only thing I would change would be to swap Gudas and AMac. That allows Sanheim to be a little more offensive minded with the steady Gudas staying home. It is truly hard to tell who is worse, Manning or Amac.

Unfortunately there is nothing more than a 0% chance Hak does anything with Filp as drastic as moving him to wing. Hak loves his vets and thinks much too highly of Filp. As far as PK goes, penalties are going to be taken, its inevitable. I'm not saying this will make drastic changes to the numbers but the PK is so bad that something has to be done to try to make it better.

Gudas has looked really bad lately. He seems to fail to clear the puck on at least half of his attempts. It is tough to tell just how much of that is because of his pairing with Manning though. I'm on the unpopular opinion that AMac hasn't been as bad as usual this season. Don't get me wrong he is not good and is making way too much, but in my opinion he's been less of an issue than Manning and Gudas. Plus the he isn't used in the right situations for his skill level and that is part of the problem. Also, the Sanheim and AMac pairing has very good underlying metrics. Definitely a better 3rd pair than 2nd but unfortunately they're the team's best 2nd pair option right now.

Manning has dragged Gudas down sooo much! he is constantly putting Gudas in bad spots with his atrocious passing. If Gudas had someone who could actually make a tape to tape pass, he would be just fine. As for AMac, he reminds me of a player in beer league who is playing on a good team but is well below the skill level of everyone else. He constantly loses the puck in the simplest situations and hears footsteps anytime the puck is near him. Honestly, whoever AMac plays with has to take their game to another level just so that they don't look as horrible as AMac tries to make them look.

What this team really needs is a coach that doesn't play our 4th line against a guy like Barzal, like he did last night. He is constantly putting the wrong matchups out there which is why no lead is ever safe.

I mean he has played him sporadically on the wing this year so i wouldn't say 0% chance. Also, I wasn't making a prediction, just a suggestion on what the lines should be. And penalties will be taken but if they continue to draw more than they take (second best penalty differential in the league) then that is about all they can do to limit the damage.
