Kadri or one of marner/Nylander will most likely need to be moved before the following season when Matthews/marner get paid as well as the raise for Kapanen.

there gonna trade marleau also hainsey comes off the book which means 9 million will free plus the cap will go up to 85 by the time Seattle enters the league

No, the cap is expected to rise to at least 80m by 2019-2020. Tavares just shouldn't be signed in the first place.

If the Blues trade Parayko for picks, the defense instantly gets much, much worse and they basically waste the prime years of Tarasenko, Schwartz, Schenn, and Pietrangelo. I don't think it would be considered. It's not like we have a guy in the pipeline that's ready to take over. Parayko is the long-term RD solution for STL.
