Ducks draft:

#11) Veleno
#12) Farabee

K I know im probably high out of my mind for doing this but if this happened the ducks would be set for the next 5 years at the least, I doubt any of this happens besides most of the roster player signings but like this team looks pretty dope AF

It would be fun if those packages were worth giving up firsts. But they're not so..

No way Hoffman goes for that. But this would be an incredible stunt by "the pirate" Bob Murray, as Brian Burke calls him. I doubt they get rid of the "ironman" after just resigning him to a new term. The only way the Hoffman deal works, is if you have another Bobby Ryan in the deal. Where I doubt Ottawa jumps on giving their high first rounder, for a first rounder in the 20th position. But cool ideas here!

This team is significantly slower than last seasons.

lol I think they're all fair trades, I get I could have added a bit more to the Minnesota trade but they are all pretty fair

        Doubt

You traded 2 guys that could actually skate and signed JVR and added Hoffman. This team is the slowest team in the league by far now. Kase and terry are the only 2 guys with any pace in their game.

so what you're saying is that Rakell, Henrique, JVR, Hoffman, Montour, Fowler and Lindholm are slow as molasses? because i'm pretty sure we are just as fast if not faster because Getzlaf can still haul ass down the ice and our top 6 is still pretty damn fast, the only players that are slowing down are Perry and Kesler and the bottom six is still just as fast with the only slow players being Eaves and Ritchie... I don't get why you're saying the team is slow because its really not, sure we added two veteran defenders in Hamius and Johnson but if we are rolling Petterson then why does it matter to have a slower beast of a D-man in Manson and having 1 or two great top 6 Veteran D-men in the lineup each night, our team would be so stacked and we'd have a major cup run next year

Yeah I’m saying those fwds don’t add speed to this team especially when giving up silf and cogs for them. Getzlaf is actually slow but he can protect the puck with the best of them. Yeah the top 4 on the back end can skate but that doesn’t give you a faster team.

these forwards being added are just as fast as silfvy and cogs, I don't get it bruh... the team is fast
