Trades w/ MTL, DAL, VAN, BUF... See disc.

Created by: DirtyDangles
Team: 2018-19 Philadelphia Flyers
Initial Creation Date: May 9, 2018

Description
DAL - Dallas has a weak RW beyond Radulov and Simmer would be a large upgrade there. DAL also needs a solid backup goalie, which as long as Neuvy can stay healthy he is. They also dump Spezza's $7.5 mil.

MTL - If MTL goes into semi-rebuild mode and wants to try and restock the cupboards, 2 top 15 picks and a prospect is a good way to start.

VAN - Honestly don't know how VAN views Tanev but they are in rebuild and getting another 1st and a former 1st rounder seems like a fair deal.

BUF - All of a sudden BUF fans think Lehner is good...reversed trade.

Our 3LW is the tough spot to figure out here. If Frost makes the team, I think that is where Hextall puts him and if he doesn't I guess we roll with Weal.

I would like to see the Canucks pull this off. Seems like a fair trade on both ends.

Have they changed the expansions rules? I thought you basically had to play more than a full season to be eligible.

Two years at the NA professional level, as long as the contract doesnt slide.

Potentially 3 first round picks is probably too much for Simmonds and Neuvy even with Spezza included. The package probably isn't enough for Montreal. Laberge isn't worth too much anymore and while it's close, the 13th and 14th picks don't get you to third overall. Many people have different opinions on Morin so the third trade is intriguing
