Galchenyuk would be a great addition for Pittsburgh, especially beside Malkin, but I do not think you are giving Montreal what they need in return. I think they have too many defensemen as is.

They're getting 2 young players. A dman and a winger. I just did that trade because I keep reading NFL is trying to move Weber and Maatta is young n has term on his deal.

Try making sense next time. Hagelin is not going to a team for free and Definetly not when hes being traded along with picks. Sheary for galchenyuk...maybe (with a pick or two of some kind on either side) but you go and add maatta with sheary...too much being given away for an even more expensive slumping player than sheary.
