    You're off on most of these trades.

    Washington won't give you Holtby when they still have a window to compete, and especially not for that woeful package.

    Debrincat is pretty much off limits for anyone.

    The leafs don't need a questionable forward prospect, especially not at the cost of an NHL proven d-man.

    Columbus won't give you the most underrated d-man in the league for a bunch of question marks.

    Montreal isn't giving you a second rounder for an overpaid goalie and a 7th d-man

    If they offered that much and Kekalainen didn't at least counter offer then he should be taken out behind the shed and shot. That's a lot to hang up on...

    It's Seth Jones. There's only one player from Edmonton we'd even consider and he's not available. It doesn't matter how many second-tier pieces you offer; the right payment is required, not overpayment.

    He's a franchise player. The Jackets have zero reason to give up a franchise player without getting a franchise player back.
