Looks decent.
You won't be able to move Little for this next season and the 2 after that, because of his NMC but if you move Perrault and than put Little at 3C it gets the same job done, and same value. Just have to spend an extra million. Also move Kulikov or Myers. Either of their contracts off the books would let you afford to pay all the bonuses. (You don't want to have to pay those and resign Laine, Connor, and Wheeler next year.) And it lets Niku AKA AHL's Erik Karlsson break into the lineup.

Little could get you 2 2nds at least. He is a lock for 50 Pts and might get 60. Probably a mid 1st and a mid-low 2nd
The only problem with little is that his contract is 2 years too lengthy. Otherwise he and a decent depth player could move you into the top t0

my thoughts (take them or leave them)

1. Can't see anyway that Morrissey signs that contract....if he's getting 7 years he's asking (and deserves) more than 5 million per.
2. Too much money for the term given to Stastny.....signing him from 33-37 years old when we have Roslo trending toward a 2C position isn't necessary. I'd say we throw an over value 1 year deal at him (we have the space this summer) and see if he'll stay.
3. Not sure why everyone is so down on Little..... he's at worst a league average 2nd line C for the next few years. If we need to move him in year 3-4 of the deal I can see that. Perrault is the piece that needs to get moved when we are short on cap space. I love him but not at the risk of losing any of our younger skill wingers.
