EDM deal is probably fair value but I still doubt they take it. It’s just adding money to a team not necessarily in a position to do so

Neal did not produce enough and had issues in his tenure with the Penguins. Why bother bringing him back?

Trading away Kessel takes away offense.

Neal had some of his best seasons with pittsburgh. He put up his only 40 goal season in pittsburgh

So 7 seasons ago... seven... he got 40 goals. Giving 4x$5.5M based on 7 seasons ago. Basically a 25g 40pt guy the last 4 years.

I was referring to the guy who said neal did not produce with pittsburgh and had his issues here. Plus 4x$5.5M is a good contract for a 25-30g person. Evander Kane just landed a $7mill contract and puts up basically the same numbers
