Detroit accepts. Good luck playing AA at center. He'll have a great time, but if you thought Chucky wasn't a defensively responsible center oh boy are you in for a treat.

to be fair, AA played about 1/3 of the season at center last year. He's obv not a 1C but he's not just a 3rd line winger. He has a legit top 6 skill set with a rare combination of elite speed and hands and the potential for much more than he's produced thus far. He's not the 2 way player a guy like William Karlsson is, but he's exactly that type of player who could breakout and do so much more if given the opportunity, which he's been mostly deprived of in Detroit by a coach who likes to punish every minor mistake young players make but allow vets make egregious errors with no accountability.
