caps will finally have a coach that won't kill the confidence of the young players who are skilled enough to make the team.....no more chase and dip playing top 6 minutes

also hopefully his love for orpik and grub will lead to the caps dumping them

I like Trotz but yeah was tired of his no young players rule. Hopefully Reirden plays them.

As for the deal, I can't imagine NYI doing it but man would it be awesome.

trotz is there for the next 5 years ......he loves orpik and views him as a positive value

orpik = 5th
bc= ho sang
grub = swapping 1st

obviously thats imo but i feel the value is there

Agreed wholeheartedly. We won the cup despite Trotz, not because of him. How quickly people forget his decision to keep DSP on the top line while Tom was suspended until the 3rd period where Vrana bailed him out.
