I don't see Nash fitting on this team/style. And Ferland would be more than a 4th liner.

That is a terribly lopsided trade.

Then after the trade you are replacing kessel with nash and jarry with ward for basically the same total contract value when I would prefer both of the guys you trade away over those signing.

lopsided how?

Also Nash I feel would fit in really well with either Sid or Malkin. I feel Nash still has alot of game left in him just needs the right line mates. Ward allows DeSmith to play more regularly in WBS. Also Ward is a proven #1 so in the case that Murray goes down with injury we have a solid backup.

lopsided because I am not sure if I would accept that deal for just kessel let alone the pens throwing in jarry, sheary, and the pick(I understand sheary is somewhat of a cap dump but he doesn't drag the value of the package down much)

Kessel has shown he plays pretty well in the playoffs and Nash disappearsgrin ?
