Thanks, but no thanks. That's probably your 9th-best forward and a 1st round pick 3 years out (!) from a perennial contender for arguably our most valuable trade piece. Plus, why grab Parayko just to play him on his off-side on your second pair; he doesn't really seem like a need for PIT.

I agree. This is just another deal from a fan that wants to make his team better and thinks the scraps will get it done.

Young, top pairing RHD. Literally the most valuable asset to have these days. But that’s worth, a first round pick, a third liner and a fourth? Derrick Brassard costed more as a two year rental

Pittsburgh lost on their weakness on defence. Schultz has played on the left side and you could easily move Parayko to the right. I updated the trade.
