The Wild aren't going to use Dumba to move Ennis' contract. We aren't really tied down with cap, we can easily just buy him out and save trading Dumba.

It's not just moving the contract. The Wild get a 1st round pick and a good prospect. I just added the SJS 1st but it could be the Sabres 1st next year instead.

I’m a Sabres fan, but he’s right
No way Minny does that
They’re trying to win NOW

Love the NyI trade for the most part
Probably have to be a piece like Cj Smith or something instead of Nelson though
They don’t need him & would probably want a forward prospect if they’re giving 2 up

I also like Brock Nelson from them to play 3C for us,
but then we’d have to add more of course

NyI had an awesome draft though
If Tavares leaves,
they might just do a quick tear down & rebuild

If the Islanders lose Tavares, they aren't selling prospects for an older center, they'll start a rebuild and build around Barzal and the guys they drafted this year. Patience will make your trade a complete non starter.

Well the very last thing i said was that they might do a quick tear down & rebuild

And I’m not the one who proposed the trade with NyI
