Now that there’s cap room...

Description
Even with the space, tough to see the pens being able to keep Sheahan and add a big impact LW, let alone a solid 5/6 D man. If they decide to roll with Blueger, Bellerive as some have suggested that changes things. Also, I much prefer Duclair to Kunitz as a 13f, and not signing Sheahan might allow for that.

Reports are GMJR is going to sign Jack Johnson to 5 years between 3-3.5 mill. There goes the cap space

Bad feeling about that. I guess he’s not Hunwick. Not much of a silver lining.

GMBots says thanks for Connor and oh btw there is no chance you get Hutton for $1,500,000 as the Sabres will be offering $2,500,000 and the opportunity to be the #1..... now if Carter wants a shot at a cup he just may take the $1,000,000 less per season from the Pens!!!

Not likely part of GMJR's strategy... but would I know anything about that? (hehe)

Thanks for taking Conor off our hands. Have fun watching him lose the puck and get bullied like a kid. As soon as he gets touched he falls to the ice

Well that is still better than what we currently have on the wings.... so we are all good being the dumping ground for the rest of the NHL.
