    Yea, I didn't understand the Johnson signing either. Thought there was enough money spent in Dumoulin, Maatta and Oleksiak on the left side. Good luck to JJ with with Pens.

    I really hope you’re right, but as of right now it looks like the worst contract in FA

    Have you looked at ian cole’s contract? What about Antoine Roussel’s? Both incredibly overpaid. Cole went to columbus and seriously underperformed. Johnson might not be the greatest thing in the world but he’s solid. He had more shot blocks than all pens d-man and also had a better first pass ratio than Rubwedel, Maatta, Schultz. He had a great 16/17 season, and was good before that despite being on defensively average teams.
