The Rangers technically own the Lightning's 1st rounder this year (Rangers get it if Lightning win cup), so the pick will need to turn into the Lightning's 2nd rounder (if they win the cup), I'd gladly take this deal from the Rangers perspective though.

Killorn may agree to go to Boston since he played college there and enjoy a 2nd line role vs 3rd line in Tampa.

Bolts don’t have to move Killorn to get Karlsson this year, can move salary in the off season.

Even tho nyr own the pick already do you know if they can take the condition off and just make a first round pick? Or is that against the rules?
