Why would LA trade Toffoli?

And why would Habs want to move both Danault and Hudon?

Easy no from Kings.

You’d probably have to take Lucic and Sekera from Oilers too.

2 good players for one?... and I dunno. Just picked a half way decent RW and figured if you offered two decent not game changing players for him they might bite. Have you seen the Habs?... they need to fix the unbalance somehow.

I disagree.. there's nothing that special about Byron that deserves more t hen a 3rd and Price with that stupid contract would not go for as much as you think he would.

Lol, ya, but if you want them to take 8 years of that contract you better clean their house.

Byron has had back to back 20 goal seasons, plays penalty kill, can play anywhere in your line up and kills teams with his speed.

And you can say what you want about Carey Prices contract but he is still widely considered the best goalie on the league by his peers and management groups. He still got voted hardest goalie to score on by players in the league last year, even when having a bad year. All that put together means a very very valuable trade chip, if he were to be traded it would be a massive package coming back. Elite goalies have shown that they age a lot slower then players, Rask, Lundqvist, Rinne, Quick, Luongo, are all older then Price and have all suffered the same if not worst injuries then Price. So trying to say he wouldn’t be that valuable is wrong, you can think otherwise but any general manager in the NHL would tell you he would trade for Price if he has the opportunity.

probably right yup.. but ughh that means more trades needed.. after those 3 its not going to happen. I just put this up for fun anyway. I liked the Price trade though.. I thought it was a decent return. Maybe add a draft pick to it. I shoulda stopped at that. I just see how the team is so lopsided, heavy on the left, nothing up the middle and not much on RW.. and just feel the need to try and fix it lol

Valiant effort, i was thinking earlier that Oilers might be the one team that Price could be moved to if Habs were willing to fix Chiarellis mess to do it. I can’t see anyone else taking on the contract really, not at the moment anyway.

Hudon and Lehkonen can both play RW. Add to Gallagher, Armia and Scherbak, and that's enough options.

Byron is tied for 31st in the league for non-PP goals the past two seasons. With 96 top-6 forward spots on 16 playoff teams, that puts him easily in good company.
