Idk if Chicago would want to give up their 2019 1st. I also think Columbus is going to try and sign Panarin.

Chicago fans know how good Panarin is. I still don't think they give up (2) A prospects, a 1st, and Debrincat who as a rookie got 52 points...for possibly 1 year of Panarin.

Panarin has told Columbus he won't sign long term.

Hawks have Jokiharju, Boqvist, Beaudin ahead of Krys and Mitchell. To get a player that can take over games like Panarin, have to give up a lot.
Yes Debrincat had 52 points as a rookie, and will probably be a good one dimensional support player, he won't be that guy that takes control of a game. Sam Gagner had 49 points as a rookie and Matt Read had 47.
This trade would only happen with an extension signed.

I agree with you about Debrincat. He's a support player. A DARN good one, but overall I agree he's not going to be Panarin. With that said, CBJ still gets him for under $1M for 2 years which...for the next two years...if someone were to make the argument of player value...his would be one of the highest in the game because he's dirt cheap. I also agree about Jokiharju and I HOPE you're 1,000% correct about Boqvist. Boqvist is still 17 and I want to see him play for the London Knights before I crown him the next EK. Beaudin as of 7/11/18...I would disagree with. Ian Mitchell @ Denver took over Will Butcher's role (Hobey Baker Winner!) as a Freshman and dominated. If I were Stan I'd yank him out of Denver and sign him. I'd be ok with trading Chad Krys. I don't think he signs with the Hawks anyway.
