So CHI gets Max Pacioretty for nothing? I know Bergevin is an id1ot, but I still think someone in the organisation MIGHT stop him from doing that, don't you think...?

Andrew shaw is an overpaid 4th liner. hawks getting two second rounder for him might have been bowmans best trade. please stop trying to get him back.

OK but in all fairness, Bowman has a track record of doing this. Its not like people are just inventing it to be annoying.

He's not a 4th liner but he is overpaid. On top of that, Shaw just had knee surgery and the recovery time isn't usually finished until a year later, if ever. On top of his concussion history, Shaw is damaged.

And MTL would never retain.

Instead of Patches, it would be more appropriate to include Danault as he is also a former Hawk.

That's not what his TOI or usage indicates. He was still getting between 13-15 minutes a night typically, deployment didn't fluctuate much, all right up until he got hurt. Also, I'm not a Shaw fan, I'm just going based on the facts. His TOI is 3rd line and his PPG would have put him at about 38-40 points if he'd played a full season. Again, Shaw is definitely overpaid but nothing in his numbers / stats / usage suggests he is/was a 4th liner.
