If you want the Panthers to give up a 1st rounder then Habs are going to have to take on salary dump ie Bjugstad Petrovic McGinn

Montreal 2nd rounder and FLO 1st rounder might not be that far in 2020, but who knows!. And mtl could afford to take one of those contracts you suggest, And i see bjugstad as an Ok player for his salary , but FLO is stacked at center

Are you serious? Im ok with that. Throw in Bjugstad, Petrovic, Mcginn and any other players you'd like frankly. Cap space is the one area montreal can actually help teams out with.
