What's so special about the pile of crap going the other way?

Faulk is a 26 year old all star, top pairing defenseman

Admitting he would be an upgrade over the 3rd pairing RHD, but at what cost? He could the best 3rd pairing on a lot of teams, but is is really worth trading for?

Apparently a mid prospect + 2nd, 3rd, & 6th should do it

Anyways I would rather give up a 1st round pick and something else than Kapanen. He is key for the next few years to get cheap effective wingers

He’d be there best RHD right now and wud have a way bigger impact on the team than having a brown/Kapanen on the fourth line. Faulk isn’t a number one defenseman but thinking that he’s a third pairing guy is just as stupid

First round picks tend to turn into cheap effective players. Kapanen will turn into a cap problem when either him or brown are going to be playing on the fourth line but will still want to get paid like a good third liner.
I’m not saying they need to move him or anything, just that if u had to move someone from the roster to upgrade d he’d be the most valuable piece that hurts u the least

I see either of them moving to the wing on the left side eventually
