trade would look more like this:
CBJ- Panarin

Carolina-Faulk, gauthier, 2nd 2019 (becomes a lottery protected 1st if he signs) 2nd 2020 so its a decent deal if hes a rental but if he signs you give up more. not sure if columbus would want the package though considering they are in the same boat of wanting more offensive tools especially if they are giving up their best one in panarin.

What are the 5 cities and what are the 3 that can't afford him? I would say NYI, NYR, MTL, LA, CHI. Every one of those teams can afford him besides LA.
