Colorado has Barrie and Johnson on the right side, they need Girard and Kamenev soon. That deal makes no sense for COL. OTT isn't getting their 1st back and that great return. They have almost no negotiating leverage.

Ottawa would not take this deal because there would certainly be better offers on the table.
