Damn your going all in for that. Not sure if the Sens take it now but they may at the deadline. Stone and Karrlson are just two really amazing talents so it's probably a deal on the deadline for me.

I love kappy but I don’t think that is a deal Toronto can turn down unless we are unable to fit it cap wise. May need to have some picks and retention going back and forth.

These look like like my trades earlier, haha! Honestly I'd rather have Dumba than Karlsson as crazy as that sounds. Dumba was our best defenseman in the playoffs by stepping up when our veterans were hurt. The biggest issue we've had in the playoffs were from guys not stepping up, so I'd be pretty unhappy if we gave up one of the only guys that has. Dumba is also younger and while his ceiling isn't quite as high he has 20 goal potential and will cost half of what Karlsson makes. Now if you replaced Spurgeon with Karlsson and had both of them, that's a much different story (and exactly what I did in my post).

I'd trade Coyle over Dumba in a heartbeat. Granlund plays RW mainly which means we wouldn't even need Coyle and if you kept Foligno our left side would still be filled (even though his contract isn't great, he was another player that stepped it up in the playoffs).

That's why I gave Ottawa Belpedio in my version. He has top 4 potential. The plan for Ottawa would be to tank: Ceci would be their 1RD, Wideman at 2RD, and whomever at 3RD (probably Belpedio). Brodin can play RD as well but he's better at LD.
