From what you've been watching, how does Lernout make the team and Scherbak doesn't......

moving Benn, agreed. I would love to see Alzner go as well. I would even eat some of his salary. Despres is bigger, faster, blocks more shots and even skated up ice to talk to the guy that hit Hudon last night to let him know it was not appreciated. Alzner would never do that. I agree with Reilly. He has played very well and moves the puck. I do not see Byron on the 4th line, he is the only back2back 20 goal scorer. Kotkaniemi, has played well his vision is great but do not believe he will do well over 82 games against established players. A year back home playing C will do him some good. Peca is a very fast puck chaser, he caused the turnover to allow Lehkonen to score his 2nd goal. I like the direction of the team and feel they will be very good in 2 yrs.

a +4 vs TML helps , his willingness to shut down aggressors for his team mates is another
o and the fact Scherbaks only progress came with Peca at center who is a bottom line center for MTL

Scherbaks not impressing anyone but with MTL only having 2/3 RD available bringing up Lernout just makes sense given how strong he's playing .
he had 1 ******* bad game because after practice and an AHL game Lernout was flown accross the country to EDM for practice before playing an NHL game less then 24 hours
after he won his game in Laval in OT . they seen 1 jet lagged stumble on the ice from a tired young D and began talking **** because they dont follow hockey enough to know anything about our AHL team

Yup, Thats why he was placed on waivers.....
