Description

Panarin is going to walk at the end of the year like Gardiner anyways, but they could resign him. Panarin would give the leafs a solid LW for the playoffs and can't resign + your going to lose Gardiner as a UFA (6M+). This give you 4 year of a reasonable cap hit for a stud defense moving everyone else down in the lineup.

Leafs would 100% make this trade, but Columbus would never ever offer up such deal to begin with.

Jax don’t. No such thing as untouchable but Jones is as close to that as you can get for them. Unless matthews is on the table you have no shot at Jones

Columbus would do that trade for just Panarin. I don't think that they would do that trade for just Jones. I do not see then even considering doing that trade for both.
