IMO, I think u overpay. To make it fair try dropping the 3rd going o u and the 2nd to Toronto. This is very interesting and I think divas considers it but won’t pull the trigger. Good job

Upgrade the 2nd to a 1st, and then take out the 5th and it's closer

i gotta say...from a 3rd person POV I kinda like the trade for both teams. I don't know Dubas is interested in Savard imo but I think Bjork is a good fit for sure.

trade makes sense for both teams, good job.

I can see you actually took time and thought about this trade. A lot of people just throw a couple players and picks together for willy and it usually makes no sense for both teams lol

You thought a little outside the box here, man. I liked your trade and I agree with the other guys here. It'd work for both teams. As for the trade value, I think you offered enough. Idk if Dubas would agree, but to me it's a fair proposal.

That is just too much imo. Bjorkstrand will very likely be a 55-60 point guy and will probably be much cheaper than Nylander, and Savard is a solid RHD. Take the 3rd going to CBUS away but imo adding a first in a deep draft is overkill

This is a great outline for a trade. Lots of sensible permutations and combinations possible here -- what about Nylander and a fourth for Bjorkstrand, Savard and Sonny Milano? The only thing standing in the way of this and a lot of realistic trades that have been suggested on CapFriendly is the non-hockey consideration raised by palhal: what does it say to a player if he holds out and you trade him? Obviously, the best possible scenario for Dubas is for Nylander to hold out all year, the Maple Leafs win the Stanley Cup and THEN Dubas trades him, counting on Matthews and Marner and the rest to want to stay with a winning team. I wonder if this is Dubas' strategy.
