enough ? Tatar has value a first and player like Lindgren and Hudon or Shaw would get you ET

there is a reason he's not in the NHL his style of play takes years to perfect as seen with Byron or Hudon .

zero reason to give up a leading scorer for an AHL prospect

well it's definitely a interesting offer at least. NSH being cup favorites will probably be looking to add some extra depth for the playoffs, and with them having already spent a 1st last season for Hartman, I doubt they'd want to make that 2 years in a row. This deal gives them that extra depth + gives them a potential top 15 pick with MTL being a bubble team. It would also give them more flexibility to add even more by moving their own 1st knowing they have MTLs.

Now that I think about. This "could" end up being a terrible deal for MTL.

I can see Nash making a move for a forward this season/deadline but Tatar is not that guy.
