Value is not close imo. Maatta isn't that good, jarry is solid but goalies are extremely unpredictable, rust isn't performing well at all this year, and the pick will be a late rounder

Leafs need a right handed D if anything. They also don't need Jarry but it is never too bad to have good goalie depth. In my opinion the value is fair or very close, just not players that Toronto needs....
