Description

The front loaded line of Saad-Toews-Kane is productive. The problem is (the total absence of) secondary scoring. I think Carter has a lot left in the tank and immediatly boosts the top-6. SPOILER ALERT: Hawks fans may find it weird to see a centerman not named Toews wins a faceoff. Carter is a proven commodity even at his age and transforms the hawks in a playoff team. We often see on ACGM big signings like Panarin or Duchene but the reality is that those 2 will want 8M minimum and long terms. This scenario leaves roughly 10M to add a defenseman and/or a forward like Dzingel in the off-season.
