I don't like the value in the Petro and Schwartz returns. And I'm a big believer in using the draft to win, but are these 16-17 year old kids really gonna help? The Blues still have a nice window to overlap the current guys (Tarasenko, ROR, Schwartz, Schenn, Parayko) with the new guys (Thomas, Kyrou, Kostin, Bokk, Dunn), they just need to rid themselves of 1 or 2 guys that have been around for too long and are getting sour (Petro/Steen). Oh, and fix the goddam goaltetnding.

You can get way more for Petro. Schwartz, doubtful considering he’s only good for about 55 to 65 games a year
