why would they be selling? they have karlsson in a contract year and just loaded up with Kane etc.

Then maybe in the offseason when they need to sign EK

I would think they would look elsewhere, such as braun or dillon, thornton retiring, they resigned hertel in july

I can't see SJS trading Hertl ever.

I'm not even sure BUF has the assets SJS would want since they're in a win now mode.
