Description
The prospects listed in LTIR are the prospects with the best chance of making the team, it is impossible to know at this point in time which ones play NHL or AHL. I am guessing Mcleod and Boqvist will be the ones, but like I said it's hard to know.

The gardiner and Stone signings add some serious talent to a team that should be really good with these type of additions - on paper at least.

The goaltending problem hasn't been solved, but I think Blackwood may emerge as the true #2 or even a spit-starter, so either Kinkaid or Schneider may be traded/waived.

In regards to the lines, don't freak out about what lins people are on because these are just some preliminary ideas based on their current line combos and some pairings that I like.

I think the big question Re: Stone/Gardiner/any star player signing in New Jersey is less of a dollar thing, and more if they'd want to end up there.

Definitely have the potential to build up a really, really good team with that space, but, New Jersey, amirite?

History shows that you definitely have to overpay to get that type of talent to go to the less desirable markets.

Agree 100%, this is just what would be BEST for New Jersey, and how they could do the BEST. Not the most realistic to say they'd get 2 big fish in the UFA market.

I know the Devils are a smaller market, don't compete with the Rangers, but they are still in prime location i.e. stadium 40 minutes from NYC. I think the main problem is going to be how FAs are going to view how good the Devils are and if they have a chance of getting back to the playoffs.

I love how people think these players will live in Newark. Usually when players come to Jersey they don't wanna leave
