I like an agm when someone is just trying to better their team with a smart off sheet but this revenge ( for absolutky no reason) is just dumb. I guess maybe it’s a compliment to the strength of our team that you are so jealous but I seriously don’t get it.

This is a smart AGM. Someone should absolutely offer sheet AM. It’s possible an OS this size could put TOR over not just the cap, but the offseason 10% overage. So TOR could literally not match. That smart and well though out enough for ya?

honestly they are going to have to hope that marner and matthews sign the same minute-- otherwise one will get an offer sheet. I think matthews they'd try to keep first, especially with marners recent report that he won't sign during the season

The problem is that Toronto could match, and you even know that we have an overage, unfortunately Horton is part of that but still leaves 3m. I’m not saying they would for sure... I mean we sign ek65 and keep the 4 first rounders seems like a fair trade to me and probably leaves us more cap space.

The idea of doing it out of revenge for reasons unknown is what I don’t get.

Think if you go 15m there is a better chance that Matthews May sign it and I don’t see Toronto matching. Just remember though if mathews doesn’t sign the sheet you’ve put a target on your back and have got nothing to show for it.

Just something to look at before you start throwing out offersheets. Not saying Toronto would match but they certainly could.
