Only guy who doesn't have a full NTC is Callahan and you will have to pay to move him. Which is the point I am making

We paid to move Garrison. We have the farm system pieces to move Callahan. Moving Callahan is your answer.

Miller and Gourde have easier NTCs. Plus they’ll get you a good enough return to more than offset the price of moving Callahan.

to strengthen your point they also need 3 more contracts as scratches and Point will likely get north of $8M unless its a bridge deal. they also will have 3 rookie D men. Tampa is in trouble unless they make big moves.
