They will likely shed Talbot's cap, and in this scenario not have to pay Nurse. But yes, If Sekera ever comes back the Oil will be in trouble.

Koskinen will be in line for a hefty raise, so he'd eat up more cap space. Theoretically Seguin could fit, but they'd be short 2-3 players so it wouldn't work.

As a DAL fan, wouldn't move Seguin for that. Puljujärvi is close to becoming a bust, Spooner is worth nothing with his current performance, I've no clue on Benson, and those picks would likely end up being 20th or lower if EDM were to add a star player like him to their roster... Nurse would be nice, but they'd probably just lose him at the expansion draft, so there's not really anything too interesting for Dallas in that trade...
