I think this is pretty realistic.
Would you see those trades happening at the draft and being 2019 picks?

I could also see MB pulling off another Armia type deal like last year.

I feel like this is unrealistic. Not enough is done. Bergevin has said he will use his cap space to gain futures. Making two simple trades isn't that.

Both Poehling and Schuldt will be in Lacal if signed for next year. Schuldt specifically will probably be down the depth chart for a while as I expect Mete to cement his spot and MB will probably add another LHD before the start of the season.
