3.
BUF
  1. Saad, Brandon
Additional Details:
Saad knows how to get to the front of the net and score. I could see him playing well on the top line with Eichel and Skinner.
CHI
  1. Okposo, Kyle
  2. Smith, C.J.
  3. 2020 2nd round pick (BUF)
Additional Details:
Okposo has been a great veteran presence and has been through a lot, but it's time to move on. The Hawks take on his contract to receive a pick in what should be a great draft year, and CJ Smith, an NHL-ready forward who hasn't gotten much of an opportunity in Buffalo.

Hawks should be able to get more for Saad without taking a bad contract back in return. If anything, CHI can retain a bit on Saad (say $1-2M) to get an even better return

Yeah that probably makes more sense for them. I know his performance has dipped a little (understanding Chicago hasn't been good since he's returned) so just seeing how the fans value him

I think the Blackhawks have enough 30+ year old players making more than $5M for the next 5ish seasons. No thanks on Okposo. If the goal is to dump the contract since there's so much more term on it, it'd take like a 1st plus a top prospect which CJ SMith is not.

That said, for the right offer Saad could be had, especially on this site. He's not the most popular player since coming back and has been underwhelming.
