I read today that the Blue Jackets would trade Panarin and then flip those assets for Duchene or Stone

Panarin is better than both. Unless they had an extension in place for one of them/got them at a discount I don't know why that move is even worth it but I guess we'll see

a 1st round pick would get you Toffoli.

A 2nd and a prospect would also get you Toffoli, assuming the prospect is B+/A-.
