    Maybe the top 6 teams bypass Matthews and the Jets get him at # 7. Like the trades. No the Jets get to keep Stuart. Juolevi isn't NHL ready.

    If the Jets did really get Matthews...that trade with PHX would look a LOT different!!! There's no way you'd have to throw in Dano, Petan AND CONNOR!!!! Nor would the jets even think about doing that!!! Any trade for Matthews would include Oliver Ekman Larsson from PHX or the jets wouldn't even listen! They could just keep Matthews, and trade Dano, Petan and Connor to someone else for a higher pick than PHX. Sorry just not much makes sense with that trade other than us getting Juolevi assuming he's still available
