It's been reported that OTT has already made those kind of offers for both of them, and they both declined.

Probably gotta add a million for both contracts. And another million one to make the offer tempting enough to move to the desert, because there will be more alluring teams bidding more.

How about $8M and lifetime membership at Whisper Rock CC?
There is something to be said about desert living rather than in Ottawa.
Just imagine Arizona pulling something like this off. Reminds me of the Parise/Suter signing in Minnesota 5 or 6 years ago (if they would decide to extend).

LOL. I'm sure the membership would help, but nothing speaks louder than money it seems. I'd rather live outside in Phoenix than inside in Ottawa, but that's because I hate the cold and snow. I'm sure the capital city is probably nice (I wouldn't know though), but money and nice weather is appealing.

They declined in Ottawa; does not mean they will decline that offer somewhere else. However, I agree with you in thinking Arizona is not one of those places.

Based on some reports, Duchene and Stone would probably be willing to continue in Ottawa, if they get paid enough.
