I think this is a solid projection. It'll be hard to trade Russell away even with that retention as he's just plain horrible, but who knows. Maybe up the pick to a 3rd with retention and you'll get a few bites. With that said, this defense is looking much better than years past. At least there's some progression and looks like direction on who to develop a defense. Drais should 100% be the #2C. He's to expensive to HAVE to play next to McDavid. Establish your own line Drai! RNH @ #3C is great too. He's not going to score like he is now, but EDM needs a full team and not 1 scoring line. If they need RNH as #2C or Drai next to McDavid...they'll be a borderline playoff team again.

Do NOT use RNH as a 3C complete waste of his skill set. He is much better at a 2 LW next to drai and either sign a cheaper 3C through free agency and dont sign dzingle (considering it sounds like he wants to sign in the U.S. anyways) or put dzingle on the 2RW and find an internal 3C (marody, cave or gagner) marody is the most likely. I like the Kerfoot trade I'd like to hear an avs fan opinion on it though.
