Doubt the penguins would want that honestly. Pens need younger depth and kessel pretty much fills the neal role

You could see Neal was going to have problems in Calgary from the start. He has to go somewhere that he's the main shooter.
Horny has injury issues. People want to just dump him. I'm not saying I like the contract they signed him to, I don't. Too much for too long. But there is still good play left there.
I also think he probably ends up on LTIR eventually so the contract isn't that big of an issue.
