No they don't.

naturalstattrick.com

I wasn't speaking to the trade, I was proving you wrong in your analysis. Boom roasted, as the kids say.

I figured. Naturalstattrick.com is good but leftwinglock.com actual works better for looking at common linemates. And I'm sorry, but Reinhart's numbers 100% point to him being able to drive his own line without Eichel. It's ok, you might just not understand the numbers and instead insist you understand that by copy and pasting them.

And you are wrong in your analysis that RNH is more valuable. The produce very similar numbers expect Reinhart is younger, cheaper and under team control.

Soooo I guess boom roasted x3?

NST is considered the industry standard.

No they don't. Reinhart's 1.50 p/60 without Eichel put him at 223rd best forward in the NHL this year. In a 31 team league, that makes Reinhart an average 3rd line winger.

He is the better player, I have demonstrated as much. Centers are more valuable than wingers, 2nd liners than 3rd liners. It's pretty easy actually, but you may remain blind with fanboism if you wish.

Enjoy the day, sir.

There are multiple advanced number databases. Natural stat trick is popular, but hardly the industry standard. They even suspended operations for a time because people were using there numbers improperly.

Keeping it simple. RNH has a higher g/60 but Reinhart has a higher p/60. Reinhart is cheaper and produces the same. You seem to keep leaving age and contract out of your conclusions, which is short sighted imo. When you include those any team would value Reinhart more then RNH. The fact is they produce similar numbers and RNH costs more and likely will continue to.

This all adds up to Reinhart having more overall value. Maybe right now he's not a better player, but the difference is minimal. Take everything else into the equation (age, contract, free agency status) and you'll finally understand.

Have a great day.

Also, just me being curious...how does it look when you compare RNH to SR when considering OFF_GF, OFF_xG, OFF_CF, Def_xG, Def_CF? my hunch tells me you wont like what you find cool

One last thing, since you prefer to use Natural stat trick (which is fine, its a fantastic resource) I feel like you would enjoy this article:

https://www.diebytheblade.com/2019/2/7/18214602/buffalo-sabres-its-time-to-abandon-the-myth-about-sam-reinhart-jack-eichel

Just debunks the myth that Eichel makes Reinhart.

Carry on.
