Stecher is their best defender and he's young. Although that statement can be beaten down because hughes has arrived. Stecher is not someone they should move or want to move. In others words he should be untouchable.

Im a pens fan but stecher is fun to watch. Eye test really shows how his stats dont do him justice. Although this year, his advanced stats are like the best on the team so it's nice to see that.

If I'm Ottawa I'm not taking calls on DeMelo unless it's an overpayment. He's the exact type of guy you want to have around during a rebuild. He's old enough that he can be something of a leader on a very young team, but he's young enough that he'll still be good when the team is.

The sens blueline is very young and inexperienced, they need to have some players with NHL experience. We currently have three DMen who have more than 200 games played and DeMelo is the only one who is good. He's the kind of stay at home dman you want around young puck moving superstars like Wolanin, Brannstrom and Chabot.

No, but he fills that same role. He's a very well rounded player, I just meant that he is that steady presence to compliment any of our offense first LD.
